2 How do I track my online orders?
Upon shipping of orders, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include shipping information and tracking details. You may use the tracking number provided to check the status of your package via courier website.
3What payment methods do you accept?
• Credit Card or Paypal
o All major credit cards are accepted. Personal information are kept confidential and payments are processed through a secure system.

• Bank Deposit via BDO or BPI
o Bank details will be sent via email upon completion of online transaction. Kindly send us a photo of the deposit slip or a screenshot of your online banking transaction at lilyandtuckertrading@gmail.com or through viber at 09175485614. Orders will only be reserved for three (3) business days. Should you need to extend the reservation period, kindly inform us right away.
4I'd like to be a reseller and carry Lily and Tucker products in my store. How do I get more information?

Rest assured all of our products undergo strict quality control checks before these are shipped out to customers. But in the event that there is any product damage, please send us an email at lilyandtuckertrading@gmail.com within 2 days after receipt of item.
